Varied shades in the prism of life mark the music of Martin Espino , like
the star lit canopy of the earth , moon & sky “El Nacimiento De La
Princesa” has an ominous rhythmic overtone like that of a stalking Jaguar.
The low end spectrum percussion exudes a power & emotive principle like
that of the sun , the wind & the moon in all of its glory & omnipotence
“Os Povos Do Rio”
has a melodic charming lilt to its classic design. It communicates something
to the listener that is beyond the daily wanderings of the mind & shifts
ones conscience state of existence to another dimension “Meu Espiritu Na Floresta”
(my spirit in the forest) has a ghostly atmospheric & beautiful presence
to its gate. The percussion work coupled with the Bamboo Flute is augmented
by the natural blend of indigenous instrumentation. This cut has a timeless
